Project Description

Commission & Insurance

TNNotary.online operates under full legal authorization granted by the State of Tennessee. Our notary is officially commissioned and backed by a current Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance policy, offering you peace of mind and legal protection for every online notarization.

State of Tennessee Notary Commission

Our notary holds an active commission issued by the Tennessee Secretary of State. This commission authorizes us to provide Remote Online Notarization (RON) services statewide in accordance with the Tennessee Notary Act and accompanying RON amendments.

The notary’s commission certificate is available upon request and is filed as required by Tennessee notarial law.

E&O Insurance Coverage

We maintain a valid Errors & Omissions insurance policy that protects both the notary and our clients in the rare event of a mistake or clerical error during the notarization process. Our E&O policy covers up to $25,000 in liability per occurrence, exceeding the minimum recommended coverage in Tennessee.

“While no notary ever expects to make a mistake, we carry insurance so our clients never have to worry if one occurs.”

Why This Matters to You

  • Peace of mind – You’re working with a fully bonded, insured, and state-authorized professional.
  • Legal enforceability – Your notarized documents are fully valid under Tennessee and federal law.
  • Professionalism – We go above and beyond the minimum legal standards to protect your interests.

Documentation Available Upon Request
