TNNotary.online provides remote online notarization services compliant with Tennessee law. These services are available only to users who are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts.

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the notarization process.
  • Falsification of identity, documents, or intent will result in immediate termination of service and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform in any way that violates local, state, or federal laws.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your device has a stable internet connection, camera, and microphone before your scheduled appointment.
  • Uploading legible, accurate documents ahead of time via our Upload Your Document page.
  • Being punctual for scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may require rescheduling as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees for services are disclosed at the time of booking and must be paid prior to receiving notarial services. TNNotary.online reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Third-Party Platforms

We may connect you with third-party RON providers like Notarize.com or BlueNotary for service delivery. By using these services, you agree to their respective terms and disclosures.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, and media on TNNotary.online are the intellectual property of Infinite Game Co. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without express permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNNotary.online shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. See our Disclaimer for more details.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
