  • Documents are accessible only to the notary and the signer, and are not stored on TNNotary.online servers.

Identity Verification Compliance

We use approved knowledge-based authentication (KBA) and credential analysis processes to verify identity in accordance with Tennessee law. This ensures each notarization is legally binding and compliant with digital signature standards.
